Set4Success Onboarding App from Manulife/John Hancock

Set4Success* is an onboarding app developed by Manulife/John Hancock and is intended to help prepare new joiners for their first day with the company. It provides a platform where relevant information can be shared in a timely and easily accessible way to improve the onboarding experience from the time of offer acceptance to start date.

The app has been developed based on insights new employees have shared with us - what they would have found useful prior to their first day with us, and how they would have liked to receive it.

The app content helps to personalize your onboarding experience and makes it easier for you to:

· Learn more about our global company

· Connect with your prospective Manager, Team and other employees who can help you transition

· Build connections via social media

· Get to know more about the location where you will be working

· Prepare for your first day with us

It’s also been designed for ease of use allowing you to:

· Find and search for onboarding related information

· Bookmark items to review at later date

· Give us feedback on your onboarding experience or reach out to us for any onboarding inquiries
